I waited and waited to get a pic when the waves crashed and the water went up in the air....but my camera setting was not right. I might go back later.....it's still really windy.

Beautiful pic! Nobody is surfing, though. We always have lots of surfers here in Southern California, all year. This is even after the ocean temp has gone down to 68ºF (20ºC).

I'm glad we're not the only one who has been hot. It's suppose to cool down to 75ºF (24ºC) for a couple of days then back up to about 90ºf (32ºC) again here in inland San Diego (which isn't too unusual for this time of year).

Didn't make it back Sl....it started raining again.

Delonix, there were four surfers that day. They usually surf on the other side....this is at the side of the port, you can't surf here. I should take a pic of them one day, they always come when the wind picks up.

This second storm bought the cool weather with it. Not really cold but damp, grey and cool in the morning and night.

No thank you.....no more 30's for me, at least for a couple of months. Feels nice to work in the garden without sweating!

I must admit..working in the garden when it's really hot is not my idea of fun at all. 2 years ago..I got heat stroke twice in one week...not this year though!!

The weather is perfect today! However, by Sunday it'll be too hot to work in the yard, again! It is cooling down to 60ºF (16ºC) by early morning. At least it's not hot at night. :>)

It's been nice and cool here lately. Some days rainy and damp and some days sunny and warm.
I'm glad your nights have cooled down.....good night sleep! ;o)

You wouldn't believe how hot it's been here the last 4 or 5 days. It's going to be cooling down quite a bit by Saturday and maybe some showers. It'll be a nice change. The cool weather won't last, though.

Just saw this one Alexandramou. We stayed in San Stefanos in 2009 at Thomas Bay Hotel, (may have told you that before!!) It didn't look like this then - thank goodness!!!! We loved the place and have always loved Corfu anyway.
