Clematis tangutica 'Radar Love' on balcony (Upclose) 23-09-2012

Is this the one you sent e , it hasflourished, no flowers this year but looks promising for 2013;0)

I had to check back through my PMs to find out what I'd sent you & when! I see I sent you some Clematis & that you got them on 6th June.

Yes, they were seedlings of this Clematis that came from the seeds that 6d sent me.

Mine have also flowered for the first time this year on the balcony! I did get a couple of flowers on some plants I put out on the plot division last year. They flowered again this year but only 1 of the 3 I'd planted still exists there.

I planted a few around the allotment but although they are still alive I've seen no flowers on them. No doubt they will flower next year.

Its doing well I cut mine back early spring and it soon grows full of flowers too if you cut it back again it will flower twice, I have done this a few times since I ve had mine, but don't do it every year, just early spring yearly. Mine climb right over my tall wooden arch. It flowers mostly late summer.

I'll do the same as you then, 6d, so I can get more flowers from them. :-))
