Crocus Ochroleucus

A delicate little Crocus only about 3in (75mm) tall doing its best to flower now .It is in one of my troughs in the alpine house.

Is it a collected one,some are native to Greece I believe ?.
Are they lilac/mauve in colour.

yes they are lilac/mauve with dark strips outside.
some are scented.and have dark grey anthers

I enjoy them even thougth they are small they carry me through to the new year when I can start looking forward to things sprouting in the garden.

Linda & Wildrose,yes especially as I can now see snowdrops in the garden An early one so be it a good clump showing called 'Galanthus Galatea'
