A variegated Liriope 'Big Blue'

I have the ordinary one ,this is different with the variegated leaves !

I also have the plain ones but they have never flowered. :o(

Sbg - I had problems with them not flowering for many years. In the end, I found VERY heavy feeding was the answer

I know that rabbits like them as much as I do.

I do like some variegation bb but I dont have that many really.

The pet rabbits dont get onto the beds and I dont get wild ones in the garden, so hopefully no problems there Klahanie.

What do you feed them with Andrewr and more to the point when?

Sbg - concentrated chicken poo when I do the big spring tidy-up

Well I did hear the story of the guy who got up early one morning and spread it on his front garden before going off to work.
When he came home in the evening, he found the Gas Board had dug it all up, looking for a gas leak as his wife thought that was what the smell was.

dont know, never asked and it would have to sit somewhere to 'mature'.

Mine didn't like the cold winter temps Sbg, and hibernated never to be seen again.....maybe a good mulch in the winter would protect it.
