We've had several losses this year due to the frost some have left gaps they will need to be filled , problem is any shrub takes so long to 'grow up ' :o(

It is a shame when it happens Amy but I had heavily over planted in the beginning and lots of the shrubs were fighting for space. I will only replant gaps that allow the neighbours a view of my garden now. Buying larger shrubs or trees costs a fortune but sometimes it's worth it to save some of the wait :o)

can't see any gaps, looks lovely - what's that round orangey thing where the bed curves? looks like it has a star-shaped hole, but given my vision ...

It is my star ball Fran, looks great with a candle lit inside (when we get the weather) :o)

lol given the torrential rain we had here recently, seems the weather's a couple of months out -these are our April showers, so summer won't start till about Septemmber, most likely
