Lopsided Salix - for Shahida :)

It's in my front garden and is rather hidden by the dogwood which I have recently cut back a bit. It doesn't look too bad here but in reality the trunk is not central to the head but over to one side! It seems to grow that way - see photo I put up on 26 Nov 2008!

You could be right that it's to do with its position, Janey. The side that grows most is more sheltered and doesn't get hit by any wind.
Thanks, Fran, my front garden doesn't have a lot of colour but is quite low maintenance apart from the lawn :)
