Front Garden

2008 and our new front garden/drive in is looking good!

This is much better than just a concrete patch. So often you see people taking the garden away and puting a concrete patch that looks dreadful, even if it is paved it still looks dreadful. This is much better. Good for you : )

Wow...! What a fantastic looking driveway, you're very creative. Your formal looking driveway puts my whole garden to shame !

This garden looks so pretty. It is functional and it will also allow a lot of rain to be absorbed.

If everyone made these alterations to their concreted front gardens there would be less flooding problems. Well done.

looks really gud my only concern is how does it affect the grass when parked on ? surely after a while it will fade away ?

Thanks for your comment.

It always was a bit of a risk, having the drive-in with grass around and inbetween, but actually the grass is fine. The car is in use most days and though the longest we left the car over it was 7 days while on holiday, The grass survived amazingly enough. The recent winters have been so very wet that it never fails to amaze me that .the stuff is still alive come spring. This past winter was the worst yet but, having put weed & feed on and now scarified it, its looking healthy once again. Check out the pic Drive 2010.
