Sedum matrona (Stonecrop)

Really like that Sedum. I am trying to grow one at the moment from a leaf. I think they are easy to propagate ?! I hope.

Cinders .. I think you will be able to grow from a strong leaf ..

They do change colour don't they...and last for ages! I really love them!

Very pretty sedums. I just have the ordinary one but the plants seemed to have grown very well this year. I split the plants up last year and they have grown strong.

I didn't know that you could grow Seedum from leaf but I have two of these and they are doing really well with the one in the ground(which I have re-potted back into a pot)growing larger, darker leaves. Do the flowers go dark when the flowering time is over?

I loved the story about the little girl telling the gardener that the pink sedums should be with the white sedums.

I listened to that story too and think she was right. The gardener took her comment onboard which is good.

Sorry to be late to this thread ... I also saw the GW programme where the Sedums were featured ... very observant little girl re the pink and white growing ... :o)
