I have a dogwood very similar colouring 'Midwinter Fire' love it, which reminds me I must cut it back another thing for the never ending list lol.

Lovely to see this winter colour, our Midwinter fire is too small to cut down this year, perhaps next.

I think I have winter fire too, mine doesnt grow very big, in fact Ive never cut it yet

Oh really, a small one then.....

I went to cut my Midwinter Fire back the other day but the buds were already breaking and between each pair of leaves were flower buds so I'm leaving it this year, only ever seen it flower once.

Oh I must go and inspect our little plant.....
