Clematis......Miss Bateman.

One of my favourites. Love it! I had one in my first garden which was great every year, but I've not succeeded since. maybe I'll get one for here one day.

I have this one Angela ,I've never tried moving a clematis I'm pleased yours survived it well !

I have never succeeded in moving a clematis. They never flower again for me.

Lovely picture.........., mines the best its ever been this year covered in flowers.

Thanks ladies, we have moved several Clems over the years, take them out in the winter with a mass of roots, pot them on, and plant out the following spring...and hey presto!!
