36 geese flying over the house

I love to see this, especially the honking!!

Yes the noise is lovely, we hear them well before we see them.

Lovely to see and hear the geese flying over. We get them here as well as the river is just down the road.

I dont know here they go to Lindak, but we have a ;large reservoir nearby?

I expect that's it Drc. I really love to see and hear them though. They really talk to each other don't they.

Yes they make so much chatter that we here them coming well before they appear which is why I had time to grab my camera.

I demand a re-count! ;-)
Truly a wonderful sight and sound. I'm fortunate to live under a flight path for 45,000+ Pink-footed Geese, that arrive on the North West coast from Iceland every Autumn, before dispersing to other parts of the country.
Then they're back again in the Spring to fatten up before heading back to Iceland to breed.

That must be a great sound when they go over MW.
