Still some colour there Hywel. Lovely to see all the berries. I saw a flock of Fieldfares fly over last week and my neighbour said she saw them a couple of days ago too. They like the berries.

The birds have left my berries alone this year Linda. Maybe they'll eat them later on of the weather gets colder.

However it is lop sided, (although you can't see it in this photo)
and the garden is very overgrown. Next spring I'll have to make it easier to look after :)

Lots of pruning then Hywel. I used to prune all my shrubs hard back when I had the garden down the road and everything did very well and remained compact. The holly shrub is lovely, even if it is lopsided it doesn't matter.

overgrowth can suppress the weeds so think on that as a positive.
