Help yourselves :)

Help yourselves :)

For all those who missed out on PP's yummy chocolate and coconut cake, help yourself to one (or two) of these - lemon drizzle, fresh fruit/cream meringues, jammy dodgers and brownies. I have to keep my family supplied but they won't miss a few :)

Freshfruit cream meringues, please. A virtual tea party is lovely (and slimming). Think I'll make myself some Chai. Thanks so much, Gee! Wishing you and your family all the joys of the season.

Lovely to look at but most are out of bounds for me Gee. I did adjust my 6 monthly visit to the nurse practitioner to a pre Xmas one. I will push the boat out a bit but it takes that bit longer to get back to normal blood results as I age. My favourite would be the meringues and fruit....very yummy.

Glad you all enjoyed the baking. I didn't put my two Christmas cakes out as I thought you might eat those too :)

I gave up baking when our son left home 12 years as too much of it was getting wasted or eaten just for the sake of it...not good for the waistline either. Now I'm soooo out of practise. I did have go at making some bread and a chocolate cake a few weeks ago with disastrous results. If the bread fell on your foot it would have broken your toes and the cake sank in the middle and had a very soggy bottom. I envy you your baking, please...could I take some my OH as well?
