Snow Scene

A truly beautiful spot with or without the snow.

My husband's family used to have a lovely little cottage in Nantgwynant.

Thank you Wildrose It was sooo windy today but lovely, lots of families with rosy cheeked children and their sledges on the mountain side - great. The Horseshoe pass is near Llangollen, not that far from Snowdonia.

That's a fantastic view Neena (I'll excuse the snow lol) It must have been a very invigorating walk :o)

Know this view only too well, as you know Neena! I remember one snowy Christmas Eve driving up the Horse Pass with OH, we were driving in the wheel tracks of the huge lorry in front of us... I don't know how we managed it let alone the lorry...! Still we lived to tell the tale... :o) It's such a fab view isn't it Neena...? ;o)

Thank you Tracey, it is beautiful no matter what time of year, the road is certainly steep and as you know it is often closed when the snow is deep, so you were lucky to get through that Christmas Eve! :o)
