Thanks Gee..... yes I can see these from where I sit indoors... so rushed out to take pic... there so fast flying round the valerian :))

Lucky you !!! I've tonnes of valerian but never been lucky enough to see one of these :-)

They come and go so quickly kathy... im lucky I can see them in the garden from where I sit indoors...hope you get to see one :)
