I agree,Chris..I haven't read the article yet,but I will shortly..I love the way Nigel follows Monty everywhere..they have such a special bond :o) He is a mere whippersnapper at 60 ! :o)

I like to think sixty isn't old any more. I still manage to dig the garden, cut the lawns and paint the shed. I don't have Nigel to help me tho'.

I love watching Gardeners world and the way Nigel faithfully follows Monty Don is lovely. Lovely photo, and I agree 60 isn't old any more.

Nor is 70!!! I still manage to take out the grass when no one is looking lol :O) I love this picture and enjoy my programme on a Friday night just wish we could have a longer programme, half an hour is just not long enough for me! He is just a youngster just proves that getting out and down and dirty in the garden keeps the mind and body fitter than just sitting around in the house. Thank goodness for gardens and allotments.

I feel very lucky to still be active at a "certain age"! Was pleased to have walked all of two miles of the South West Coast path today . . . with many steep ups and downs :))

Thank goodness for that.....cos I haven't got many years before I reach it.
