Siris I make quince jelly, we use it instead of redcurrant , much nicer, wonderful with poultry, lamb etc and easy to make..also add it to beef stews!
Amy no fruit at all last year, was so disappointed..the year before had enough to make several jars of jelly...
Thanks Motty and Amy, and Lindak we have another shrub, but, it is taking ages to mature...

Dottie is it worth going round the flowers with a brush to fertilise them as there aren't any insects about. May or may not work.
