I see what you mean, Sadie! It's nice when neighbours share gardening interests. Mine are not interested, but that's still good as the wildlife loves their 'wild' gardens. :-)

Oh am so jealous!!! what a picture, my neighbours on one side don't care about theirs at all apart from cutting the grass, i am fighting brambles coming through the fence at the moment, they are nice people and i dont want to fall out with them but oh i wish they would get rid of the brambles and weeds!!!

Terra has it spot on, it must a pleasure to live next door to a well kept garden like this .. Definitely beats old cars, fridges and caravans heh! :~))

It is still lovely all those years on.
