Yes, just coming into flower now Paul..we've had a couple of milder days here. Colder for the end of the week.. And you have snow...brrr.....and we often get what you've had!

This was a very good buy Dawn and Stera, from the sale section at my local GC a couple of years ago and has grown and filled out really well, it should be spectacular this spring!

Oh,I do like this Pieris,Janey..the flowers are lovely ,and really stand out..well spotted in the sale :o)

Me too Sandra, it will be gorgeous when the new leaves come in spring.. I have Forest Flame too, which I bought at the same time and that's coming on well...this is my favourite though..:))

I already have two Forest Flames..one was layered from the original..but wish I had the space for a Mountain fire too..sadly,I haven't .I shall enjoy yours instead :o) x

State flower Connecticut USA. In spring we have about a ten mile highway with these on either side. Absolutely beautiful bush. Did you see some of your pics are sideways? We want to see your face better!

Our Pieris seem to do well anywhere, shade or sun or even in a pot. This is a lovely flowered one Janey.

Thanks Linda, they really are beautiful shrubs aren't they? Quite expensive to buy now too.....wouldn't mind another in a pot...:))
