White-flowering Penstemon with pink edge. From seed. Fully open now and put into front garden.

I will cut it to the ground in spring, so hopefully it will sprout more shoots from the base, cutting material?

Yes that should do the trick.......Sour Grapes is still flowering away here, and the others have so much foliage flopping all over the borders, resisting the urge to tidy it up!!! (●´⌓`●)
