She is Karen until she sees another dog, then suddenly I'm walking a Rottweiler! Perfect at home though. I can't believe she'll be ten this year, how old is Molly now?

Hi Sandra, hope alls well with you..:) yes Lotties my super little girl, Mum's girl I call her, Teddys Mum's boy and Poppy Mums grumpy girl...ha ha...honestly don't we say some daft things!

She's cute such a sweet face

Molly will be 14 in March Janey! She is deaf now..doesn’t even hear a treat landing on the floor near her. But apart from that she’s still just the same character she’s always been.

We are fine,Janey,thank you..I don't think it's daft at all,having pet names for your little cuties.I call our daughters little Dachshund,Whirlwind (also called Poppy),as she just flies past everyone to get to me ,when she visits Lol xx

I think we should have named our Willow 'Tigger'. She literally jumps with all four legs off the ground every morning when I get her up, and if anyone comes to visit she can launch herself off all four legs across the room quicker than I can blink! It can be quite catastrophic as we discovered when she broke the little miniature clay Willow we had had made for Christmas last year. Luckily it stuck back together with no obvious cracks. She's a weapon!

Sorry I'm late getting back to you, have been feeling really miserable with a pinched nerve problem, an old war wound...:((

Thanks Dawn and Linda, Poppy and Ted are keeping warm in the same chair, not together I hasten to add as they do like their own space from each other!

And to you Sheila, yes they do need days of downpours to extinguish the fires altogether, it is so dreadful.

Well they are full of character and personality Karen, that's why we love them, and so bossy too...:))

Thanks Thrupenny, her favourite place is the garden with a ball or frisbee, she does make up her own rules of play though....always busy...

Poppy sounds full of it Sandra, I love these little dogs, the way they race about, always ready to play, I bet Poppy is gorgeous, if I had more room I would have had a miniature dachshund as a playmate for Lottie, I don't think Pops and Ted would be in agreement though!

That's very funny Karen, I can't picture a Labrador doing that, she must have so much energy. She sounds very happy...:))

Lol at least she is keeping fit in the best place the garden.

Janey, the Postman says she is the happiest dog on his round! Hope your nerve pain is easing off. X

Haha Karen, they are funny aren't they, we used to have golden retrievers, very similar to labs, always smiling and ready to please and very calm.....and hairy!!

Sorry to hear you have nerve pain,Janey,and hope it gets sorted very soon.Nothing worse when it affects your everyday living..I'm sure your little pets would love having a little Dachshund to join them..I posted a photo of Poppy on a pets blog,last September,if you would like to take a peep. :o) xx

Oh thanks you Sandra and Dawn, it's been ongoing really for 8 years now, not to worry, there are worse things...:))

Haha Sandra, I can just imagine! My 3 do play, they do prefer the main room...mmm....Poppy likes to hang off the chair seat and wait for Lottie to rush by, so she can bop her one...Teddy isn't too thrilled at that, he enjoys sitting on newspaper while I pull him around the floor, honestly they are a crowd! I'm sure your Poppy would wonder what's hit her!
