Heron on a neighbour's roof yesterday.

A beauty! Love the way the sunshine is lighting him/her up!

Wow, what a sight!

The sun was on the way down and reflected a yellowing light. We get a Heron occasionally landing here and I think that they must be eyeing up someone's pond.

I did wonder, Linda! Fingers crossed that the ponds nearby aren’t dive bombed by this lovely bird!! 😉

When we lived just down the road, Kate, a Heron took some of our fish from the pond. The beauty of living near a river, but the birds are great to see.
