New babies flowering. Cyclamen coum.

From seed sown year before last. Collected from my own plants and I'm very pleased with the mix of colours and forms.

I also have many cyclamen seedlings with different leaf colouration. Such happy plants.

Well done Anget. They do really well after being thinned out. Mine have really flowered well this year.

I like the leaf patterns. I tried planting one but it disappeared under the snow - never saw it again.

Mine are mostly under tree canopy so don't get quite as deeply covered. They die back eventually and reappear, both hederifoliums and coums. They grow better if not planted as dry bulbs, but 'in the green' same as snowdrops, Paul. At least they do here, anyway!

also many are sold for autumn/winter bedding but they are not the fully hardy ones. I have several that live in the unheated conservatory and come back every year. Not sure of the species or variety, but they are small flowered ones and those that went in the garden didn't survive.
