This is a 1955 350cc AJS 16MS.
This is how it was trailered to us. It is now stripped down and it is being worked on. The engine was seized but it is now running on the bench.
Need a bit of warmer weather now for Steve to spray paint the frame and other parts.

Many parts are not available but Steve has various lathes and milling machines so makes many of his own.
There are the odd specialist exhaust pipe manufacturers that will make any design to fit any exhaust port We had a bespoke one made for the Panther 120.
when it is done I will post images. this is going to be for off road riding I think.

wow, another classic in the making. Amazing how some people are so skilled and rebuilding these and finding parts ain't easy.
