It's good to know that flowers sent by courier are of quality. Your gift for your Mum is a smasher. I wouldn't have minded a 'gin-taster' either. My hyacinths and daffodils are scenting the hall. Like yours, Kate, very noticeable (but lovely).

Thank you, Ange, I hope you have been having a lovely, well deserved day today! I was pleased with the whole package from Moonpig, I shall use them again. My mum likes a little glass or two occasionally, so, I thought the different types of small taster bottles would be just ideal.

Yes Kate she did enjoyed them very much ,but it was not Mother's day today but I do this often ...mother's day is on the 30 of May

That's wonderful Kate. Those are very precious moments with your mum. Savor every one. My mom has been in the hospital since December recovering from an injured leg and covid. I haven't seen her since but I can drop off gifts for a nurse to deliver for me. She'll be out soon! I'm curious about the pink gins. Is it raspberry flavored? Such a unique idea (besides chocolates).

Sorry kate a very belated one here ime afraid,computer problems all week ,havent been able to log in .Lovely flowers for your mom (bet she loved them) ,and the gins sound very pleasant lol.We had similar flowers from our children but no gin ! i will have a word ,haha.Sorry Bg to here your moms in hospital hope she recovers fully,covid is an awful thing ,stay safe all .

Sorry Paul, I missed your message! Yes, it’s been some year hasn’t it Justin so very sorry your Mom is still hospitalised, she’s been there for such a long time and the fact you haven’t been able to see her or give her a hug..it’s so very sad. I do hope and pray you will see her very soon as you say! It’s obviously been a very difficult time for you.
As for the gin, it was called the pink gin collection. It’s only a set of 4 (tasters) I guess one gin serving. One was wild Berry, one was plum and vanilla, another raspberry and the 4th Gordon’s premium pink. 🍸

Not sure what my sister Pamela bought her, but, I do know she made her a home made strawberry cheesecake!!! She’s a fab baker!

Thank you Kate. I talk to her on the phone every day. She is slowly getting stronger daily and we are looking forward to her going home though I might have to hire a live-in nurse for her. Would be nice to hug mom again. xx

Thanks Kate. Things are very difficult indeed having to manage her needs as well as hospital staff, insurance, amendments to her home and interviewing live-in nurses. It's all coming together but it's very exahausting work for me. Thanks again for your well wishes. XX
