This is a digital photo,set of 3 we have hanging on our lounge wall....your photos (which are much better)of Bridlington tonight reminded me so much of them.They were taken at Hayle Towans,Cornwall, a favourite place of my father's.

We have a number of paintings around the house in these lovely, pale, soft colours. Each one is of the Isles of Scilly and each one holds such happy memories for us as I am sure yours do for you.

Aw Julia, that's a really lovely photo! I just love the softness to it. The colours are beautiful. I don't think my pics are any better, just different.
I'm pleased though that you had the chance to reminisce about your father and his favourite place in Cornwall.
