Buff tailed Bumblebee on Sedum

Smashing pic, Shirley! I'm not au fait with bee identification, although we've seen a few varieties this year.
I'm still waiting on my sedum colouring up. It'll happen soon.

Buff tailed bees are always the commonest in my garden, most bees are quite difficult to identify. Nice photo. My Sedum is also just colouring ( at last)! Seems I’ve been watching it for ages.

I agree with you on the I.D. of Bees ... I must see if I can find the Bee I.D. chart. Pretty sure there's a blog on it somewhere ......
