This is looking so much better this winter, with lots of flowers and and buds to open. I was fed up with it in the summer and sheared it down. Pleased I did..,:)

It really is Ange, We seem to have yellow at the beginning of the year and at the end. If the bees aren't in hibernation yet, they'll have food for them too..:)

I agree with Ange, it is a cheerful colour in the winter when we need it most! x

Winter Jasmine is always a very cheerful flower when it blooms in the darkest days of winter! 👍

Lovely show of yellow flowers there Janey. It's so lovely to see a splash of colour in the garden at the moment. It's raining and a dull day but we did manage a short walk earlier and fed the ducks.

Not as warm.here Balc and slinging it down with rain, all day!
Thanks Linda, they are shining bright in these dark wet days..:)
It's lovely that you have the lake nearby and can visit your wild pets..:))

There is a stretch of calm water there Janey, but also the river Derwent too, so when the little lake gets frozen over all the ducks go on the river. The Swans know us and when they see us they swim over for some grain.

It's lovely. I think a good shearing helps them flower Janey, I often do it to my ones.
