Thanks Shirley. I’m enjoying the scent too - first time I’ve grown this 🙂.

Beautiful plant. In Scotland mine would flower in mild spells from October until the leaves smothered the blooms in Spring. Sadly I couldn’t get much scent because it was always too cold and windy. But the blooms were precious! And last spring we had a greenfinch nesting in it which I could see from inside the living room. I hope it comes back this year for the new owner!

Thanks very much Linda. I thoughtfully sited it beside a bench to enjoy the scent, but of course we’re not sitting outside at this time of year!

Too right Shelia, it's ten degrees, the wind is gusting around outside, and over the next couple of days, rain followed by snow is expected. Talk about topsy-turvy weather.....
