I've treated myself to an Acer Orange Dream after seeing the lovely one Julia has. I hope it'll grow ok here..:)

I had this in Scotland Jane.. a fast grower. I loved it.

Julia, my Jordan also in bud, but quite a bit bigger than last year … must like rain!

Yes, it's a very nice shape too Julia. My Jordan is in leaf, but with the cold rain they're not fully open yet.

I inherited an Orange Dream. It's enormous! But it has been a round for a few years. It's spring colouring is attractive.

Pretty form to it too, Janey. I've Orange Dream, it's planted out in the ground. Does fabulously well, thankfully!!!

Lovely to have Acers in the garden. I have three in the flower beds that I prune some of the straggly growth off in the summer, and take off any dead growth in the winter. I have a bonsai one, and two in pots. They are very adaptable and seem to grow anywhere.
