Delonix, I'm pretty sure they are Petunias, a trailing variety of which there are many.

How wonderful to have them in bloom al year round. A sharp frost here would definitely kill them off.

I continually take cuttings so I have new plants growing all year.

Petunias only grow outdoors in the UK between about May & October, generally. There are exceptions as well, like last year there were some self-sown Petunias that survived being encased in ice & temps of -7C! I even took photos of them because I knew nobody would believe me - I wouldn't have believed it either if I hadn't seen them with my own two eyes!
