Cyclamens for the blue pots.

You got some really lovely Cyclamens there, Shirley!

I have some Cyclamen plants from last year & 3 new ones for this year. The new ones look much smaller than yours. I think they were 3 for £5. I need to plant them in bigger pots for the winter.

David, this is a family run garden centre, used to be more of a plant nursery but now has a restaurant and gifts galore! They grow all their own Cyclamen and the choice this morning was overwhelming. There were 'doubles' which I wasn't over keen on, too 'showy' if you get my meaning, and not cheap either!

Rose, it made my day when the lady told me the price as I'd forgotten I had any points left on my loyalty card.

They are looking beautiful and healthy. They will look gorgeous in your blue pots.
I do not know why I cannot grow them. Perhaps the excessive water we have here on the Island..

Thanks Klahanie, such a shame that Cyclamen don't thrive for you. Perhaps in the shade of trees they just might ... if the soil is dryish.

Sheila, over the years my blue pots have had Pansies/Violas/Primulas for Autumn and Winter but Cyclamen always seem to thrive. Fingers crossed for this year!
