Lovely that it's still in flower.

Thanks Lindak, the cold temperatures may soon change that!

I have 'Amethyst Lips' which is equally hardy. Yours obviously grows well, Shirley.

Thanks Ange, thriving on neglect at the moment!

Lovely plant, Shirley!
Our local council gardeners planted a lot of these on a traffic island - both 'Hot Lips' & 'Amethyst'. They are still flowering well but I suppose it's far too late in the year to take cuttings from them, isn't it?

David, I think it would be best to take cuttings in Spring/early Summer as it's too cold right now.

Thanks, Shirley. 👍 I thought it may be too late in the year as well.
All the Geranium cuttings I took (40) from the plants I dug out of the planters around the cash machine a couple of weeks ago have died. The leaves on them just shrivelled up so I threw them away. I knew it was a long shot but I thought I'd try anyway. I've still got more plants of them in the kitchen/bedroom windows.

David, you tried your best and at least you still have some plants indoors. I just saw something fly past the window ... it was about the top half of the Salvia ... :o((

That's shocking, Shirley! At least the half you have left will grow again next year!
