This is a lovely photo Janey ... made me think of the Clematis 'Bill McKenzie' that I had years ago.

The flowerheads look very fairylike.

Thanks Shirley, yes B. McKenzie is a tangutica too, with pretty yellow flowers? I've had this one years, Korean Beauty, it scrambles through everything, flowers are cream with a deep red centre.

Janey, my 'Bill' used to clamber through the Ivy on a fence panel that hides the bins. Sadly, Ivy grew so big that she smothered Bill!!

Typical Ivy, Shirley. She does seem to elbow out others! Bill should have stood up to her..:))
Korean beauty scrambles through Euonimus Emerald Gaiety all summer.
Now I can see Emerald and she's looking very attractive, green and white..

Wonderful ... I also have a couple of Euonymous ... good 'doers' so to speak.

They really are especially in winter when you notice them..

That's right ... tomorow I'm hoping to buy some small outdoor lights to decorate a dark Holly shrub.

Yes I have Shirley, and Go Daddy saying GoY is with them and unavailable. We've a terrific storm right now, the electric was cut off, but back on and so is GoY! 😁
