WOWhe is a pretty blue

Wow is right, I didn't realize we had a blue butterfly here in the States, you've gotten me all excited now Diohio..lol.

Absolutely beautiful colour this one!

These have pretty much disappeared from my area, glad to see they are still around somewhere!

I followed one of these guys around my garden, but every time he lit he closed his wings...and his underside is not blue, it's gray...and I had to settle for a pic of a gray butterfly with little blue tufts visible to suggest his upside colour!! Great shot, as always!!

Lori I know exactly what you mean.........they almost always close their wings. But every once in a while, especially on a nice sunny day, I'll find one that's sunning with wings wide open ! It's a rare treat !
