I had to stand on a boulder to get this pic. This Aloe is about 10 feet/ 3 meter tall.

The temp. when I took this pic. which was the first day of Winter (Dec. 21, 2008) was around 70 degrees F./ 21 degrees C. which is near the normal temperature for this time of year...however, it's been pretty chilly lately, only around 60 - 61 degrees F./ 16 degrees C. during the day. Everyone seems to be complaining about the cold rain even though we need the rain badly to help our drought.

Wow...another tall plant, beautiful yellow. I guess it was worth the risk to take this shot Delonix, nice.

Actually, the boulder was pretty flat and not so tall...so it wasn't too much trouble. LOL.
