Thanks to greenthumb for the name - we always call it the big begonia with the tiny flowers...

I found it when searching begonia's in general. Cane begonia was one of four begonia subclasses. Name definately fits. This is just beautiful Elke!

I knew that sooner or later someone would post pics of this wonderful begonia....I've heard it called elephant's ear, Angel wing,,,etc...but Cane begonia describes it best! It grows very tall and those blossoms are the most gorgeous things....they look like they're made of pink crystalline sugar!!
I'm looking for one...I've had them in the past and given them away when I moved!! Next time I find one it's for keeps!! Great photo, Elke. Thanks for posting!!
