Wow, Eupatorium rugosum "Chocolate", Rodgersia "Chocolate Wing",Iris "Dutch Chocolate", Clematis "Willy" (for Mr Willy Wonka, of course!), Clematis "Josephine" (for Grandma Josephine, wife of Grandpa Joe), and Clematis "Star of India" (for Prince Pondicherry's chocolate palace).
They are all, of course, asleep right now, hence their desire to creep upstairs. But all are showing buds and new growth, and will put them in the "nursery" until they awaken!

I bought a friend of mine the small clematis called Willy and it's a real do gooder. I am just about to buy two clematis to put into pots for the front garden. Your garden will look really colourful with all these clematis David.

Wow. Fabulous David. I like the look of the clematis in the middle. I think it says "Star of India" but its a little hard to read on my computer. Its a lovely colour. What is the one on the left? Is that the clematis "Willy"?
