Since we're just a dot in the ocean and surrounded by water, most of the beaches are empty like this in less populated areas.

We used to live near to the sea, there is something special about it. I used to love to hear the herring gulls calling to one another as they glided on the wind.

When I visit the sea I have this great urge to dip my toes in the water and I usually do. I love to hear the waves crashing in on to the beach, and when I lived near the sea I used to go horseriding along the beach.

What an experience it must have been then.
