It,s on a west facing wall Dawn , very hot full sun in the afternoon in the summer , It must be quite tough because I have two , it,s dry at the wall footings but normal in front of the other building ....
BTW have you sen the latest pic. of my mistletoe that I put on for you to see :o)

Thanks Amy for this. I have a north facing fence that I need a nice climber for. Its between the garage and a tall hedge so probably too shaded. I would guess they need the sun for those gorgeous leaves.
