wow really big, peas all round lol

When will the peas be ready Maureen - just so I can come round and steal some, lol.

The pods are there now, but need to swell. Ray doesnt like Mange tout. Says hes not a rabbit and wont eat Pea shucks.........ha......what a heathen........

I would eat them now, lol., we used to eat the pods when we were kids - beautiful. Ray doesnt know he is born, a beautiful wife, growing all that veg .... heavenly.

We haven't got room on our very small veggie patch for peas although we used to grow them at our other home, and I can remember shelling them by the bucketful to freeze.

What a shame you havent room....I have just taste tested ours today......yumm I dont think there is anything quite like the taste of a pea straight from the shell Lindak..........

The first cooked peas taste out of this world with a knob of butter on.

Ha ...These just went into my palm and straight into my mouth......didnt get as far as cooking...........

Sorry Milky I could never eat them raw. Don't know why.
