I was thinking the other day how lovely they are when I saw a big bunch of them growing. They grow like weeds around here, and are considered as such.

Thanks for commenting. They remind me of egg yolks too. :-) THey are a weed here as well, seems my landlady like them, these are quite large and she has them in a wild bed in her yard. I see more coming up in the same spot each year than reseeding though they do. Hope you get to have them again SK, they are darlings. :-)

HI, GT! It´s Misopates orontium or Linaria vulgaris, there are some subspecies around. We have it too and I love them. So it´s a cosmopolitan...
