Thanks everyone...:o) The strawberry plants are sending out runners now, so it's time to chop them off.......I want loadsastrawberries!! Lol

Yes, I had a couple last year off my pink strawbs and they were really tasty. A nice pointy shape too!

I had quite a few last year Karen...only small though..but really tasty...mmm...
The flowers are very pretty Amy.....On the telly it said to cut off the runners to put the strength into making the berries instead.........

Great idea Amy....I have some gaps in my concrete...it would look better filled with these little beauties,also be safer as you wouldn't want to tread on them...:o)

They would Karen! At one point we had herbs growing in the spaces...golden marjoram looked lovely...then someone decided to tidy it all up....Grrrrr......

Must admit I have those moments myself.....argh....fed up with it....tear it all out....tidy it up......then the next year....oh, that's a shame, I miss that plant......never mind, a garden is always changing! :))
