The sun popped out in between the showers, so I popped out with the camera, have spent so long inside, because of the weather feel like I am going stir crazy!!

Thanks ladies this is my favourite vine for colour, it is ornamental really Janey and it is Vitis Vinifera Purpurea....it does produce grapes but we only grow it for the foliage at this time of year, pleased you like it.

I'm surprised you still have leaves on that vine - after such cold, wet windy weather we had last week! The colour is lovely with the sun shining through it!

Cheery photo. All the leaves have gone from our trees. I have written some of the Christmas cards, have to send a few next weekend as they go abroad. I've been writing little stories again about a rat called Basil. Done a few paintings to go with it too. Just on the fourth story to the booklet, then lots of editing and a few more paintings to do. Christmas is always a busy time.
