Can anyone identify the pest?

I have looked to try and identify the pest causing this damage to my toms and beans and have drawn a blank. I have attached a scan of the leaves - do you have an idea what the culprit may be?

Given that you are not going to eat the leaves of either the potato or tomato I would just leave them alone myself
