I've a feeling it may get crowded, I'm moving in too.
I'll pop the kettle on and bring some food, shall I?

Did someone mention food?
I highly reccommend venison burgers, and our onions, plus a big bag full of bags - teabags that is.
Great burger store Richard - all you now need to do is to put a small freezer inside it, a sink and an electrical supply, for the portable hob!!!!!
When the jobs done, invite us all round, and we'll shower you with even more compliments.
Get one of those whistling kettles too - they just make a garden shed the best place in the world!!!

Welcome to GOY, Richard. A fantastic shed. I love the windowboxes and the plaque on the door and the welcoming doormat and ...
I think you may have started something here. I'm now looking at my shed in a new light and thinking what I can do to brighten it up. Perhaps we could have a shed 'gallery' on GOY, to see what other people have done to theirs!

This isn't a question -but I would like to say thanks again to all who have added comments about my shed and garden and welcomed me to GOY I am enjoying my time here already - and I have only been here one day!

Oooh, I wish I lived in England so I could come in and join the party in your shed. If you do decide to get cable (ha ha ha) I have one request: don't show the Ashes cricket while I'm there!!! I noticed every one except Weeding who has replied so far is from England - so I'm worried you might all be getting cocky about the fact that AUSTRALIA IS ABOUT TO LOSE!!!!!

Hi Pip c and Mookins - don't know very much about cricket. I was born and lived in South Wales, also my wife and son, we moved to Leicestershire in 1984 and they know more about rugby - I am not the sporty type at all I'd rather go out in the garden and grow veg and plants, orplay my guitar! I have a cousin living in Sydney Australia though and she loves it there.

Mookins, you're right about TVs being conversation killers. Personally I am very anti-TV...cricket an exception! I prefer to read books.

And Richardpeeej - I thought all Poms liked the noble game!? Naughty, naughty....I was stereotyping again!

I only liked cricket cos going to the game meant i could sunbathe all weekend without guilt - usually facing away from the game ...

I am not fussy on TV either Mookins and Pip-c. I'd rather be out in the garden. If I am at home alone I never even turn it on. I am usually the last one to go to bed and when the last one to me has gone up I switch it off. I do like my computer though I am with it now sat in the gardenunder the gazebo.

How do I say thanks?
