what crops can I plant between now and november?

My summer crops are coming to an end and I wish to plant crops that will grow through the winter. I live in the south of england if that makes a difference.

broad beans, hardy peas and garlic will all do fine outside.

that's gd to know about broad beans. Might try some, as we didn't do any this time earlier in the year.
By hardy peas, do you mean just certain named varieties?

Peas that state they will survive overwinter in he ground and get on and grow next spring
