Its a nasturtium, annual plant, but it seeds itself readily so will be back next year!

They do - I had them in flower in the garden since June, and they're still smothered now.

they are some of the pritest I have seen , and yes Victoria is corect not only are they good for you they go well in salade either the flowers or the leaves, don't harlf liven it up.

This photo was taken at the Eden Project. Have seen them near where I live in a garden that I pass most days....just thought they looked pretty. Thankyou everyone for your replies

Be very careful about letting them self seed in your garden, they are a bit of a thug when they take hold. If you do plant them, I'd remove the dead heads on the flowers.

Even if they do seed themselves, they're incredibly easy to remove, specially when they're small.
