For a few of us in warmer areas, they never stopped. I can grow lettuce, cabbage, and spinach all winter, and all winter I fight snails, slugs and a couple other bugs. The only ones that sleep are japanese beetles, cut worms and cabbage worms.

and we think we have troubles......
