A see-through polyethene bag over the top can help too, maintaining a moist environment.

Didn't get a chance to sow the seeds today but spent most of the time weedin and clearing the moss [ garden gets water logged]. Hopefully will be able to do so tomorrow.Will let you know how i get on. Thank you.
